Led the creation of a vibrant conference and festival-style leadership development program at Indeed in Austin, Dublin, New York and Japan. It was designed to spark social and peer-to-peer learning in an energetic and immersive setting, with formats customized to the location. A highlight of this iteration in Tokyo was hosting a live virtual bilingual panel discussion with the Head of Indeed Japan. Utilizing live translation and UN-style headsets during the live broadcast, the session bridged different languages and cultures, creating an inclusive, seamless dialogue that inspired engagement across global audiences. This unique approach showcased my ability to orchestrate dynamic, cross-cultural learning experiences that empowers and connects.

It wasn’t just about skills; it was about building community and sparking ideas that would ripple across teams and continents. Learning should feel alive, and this program did exactly that.
