Allyship train the trainer
I designed and led the Journey Lead Program, a transformative four-month initiative at Glassdoor aimed at developing DEI champions and change agents within the organization. The program blended self-reflection, allyship training, and community building, creating a space for participants to deepen their understanding of allyship and practice in a supportive environment. Through facilitated dialogues, connection circles, and hands-on workshops, participants built critical skills in allyship, change management, and fostering a culture of inclusion and growth.
Participants left the program equipped to facilitate allyship training, confidently articulate their personal DEI philosophies, and lead through organizational change. One senior vice president in marketing described it as “life- and career-changing,” underscoring the program’s profound impact. This initiative highlights my commitment to driving cultural transformation and enhancing employee wellbeing.
